Donnelly Law primarily services leading non-profit and charitable organizations, including Environmental Defence and its clients. We are also proud to represent First Nations, citizen groups and ratepayers' associations on environmental, planning and broader public interest issues. We offer a wide spectrum of legal services which are both traditional and non-traditional. We are accustomed to working with client groups that do not have unlimited budgets. We know how to tailor our legal strategy to meet your goals.

At Donnelly Law, we also like to maintain a small list of progressive developers and corporations seeking to "green" their operations and we are always interested in pursuing new opportunities. We are committed to helping develop and implement green building and community design standards.

Land Use Planning Law
